The A10VO series is an axial piston variable pump with a swashplate design produced by Rexroth of Germany. It is specifically designed for open - circuit hydraulic drives and features high pressure, high efficiency, and flexible variable displacement.

• Pressure and flow : The rated pressure is 280 bar, and the peak pressure is 350 bar. The flow is proportional to the driving speed and displacement. Stepless variable displacement can be achieved by adjusting the swashplate angle.

• Displacement specifications : Six displacement options of 10, 18, 28, 45, 71, and 100 cc/r are available (some models are extended to 140 cc/r), suitable for different working conditions.

• Control methods : It supports various control forms such as pressure control (DR), remote pressure control (DRG), power control (LA), and electro - proportional control (EP). It has a short response time and can meet the requirements of complex systems.

• Application scenarios

• Structural design

  • It has a swashplate structure with SAE/ISO standard mounting flanges, and the shaft extension complies with SAE J744.

    The sealing material is FKM fluororubber, and the housing drain port needs to be connected below the minimum oil level of the oil tank.

    The drive shaft can withstand axial and radial loads and supports through - shaft drive (can be combined with gear pumps or piston pumps of the same specification).
