The Rexroth PV7 series is a variable vane pump, featuring adjustable displacement, low-noise operation, and high energy efficiency. It is widely used in industrial hydraulic systems.
Product structure and working principle
The PV7 pump is mainly composed of a housing, a rotor, vanes, a stator ring, a pressure controller, and an adjustment screw.. The rotor rotates inside the stator ring. The vanes in the rotor slots are pressed against the inner surface of the stator ring under the action of centrifugal force. When the rotor rotates, the vanes form a sealed chamber under the action of centrifugal force and oil pressure, and the oil suction and discharge processes are realized through volume changes.
Technical parameters
Working pressure: Maximum working pressure 160 bar
Flow range: Maximum flow 270 L/min
Displacement range: Single-pump displacement covers 10 - 100 cm³/rev
Control method: Supports closed-loop control of pressure and flow, and pressure setting can be achieved through the adjustment screw
Product features
Variable displacement design, enabling low flow pulsation
Low operating noise and smooth operation
Fast response speed and extremely short control time
Installation dimensions conforming to VDMA 24560/1 and ISO 3019 - 2 standards
Can be combined with other pumps to form a multiple-pump system
Application fields
The PV7 series is widely used in fields such as construction machinery, injection molding machines, metallurgical equipment, machine tool hydraulic systems, and ship hydraulic systems, and is suitable for open circuits
