1. Product Overview

This product isRexroth A10VSO series swash plate axial piston pumpmatched withspecial control valve group. It mainly includes DFR1,DRS,DRG and other different types of control valves. They are the core components for realizing complex hydraulic logics such as constant pressure, constant power, and remote pressure control of the pump, and are usually installed on the side or flange end of the pump body.

2. Core Features

• Function specialization distinction:

  • DFR1 valve (Pressure/Flow control): It combines constant pressure control (DR) and flow control (LR), enabling the pump to maintain a constant flow output before the pressure reaches the set value and switch to constant pressure output after the pressure is reached, achieving better power utilization.

    
    

  • DRS valve (Pressure control + Remote pressure cut-off): On the basis of constant pressure control, it adds a remote pilot pressure cut-off function, which can forcibly cut off the displacement under specific working conditions through an external signal (such as LS signal).
