1. Product Overview

This product isRexroth A4VSO series swashplate axial piston pumpequipped withDR type constant pressure control valve, which is commonly referred to as “Constant pressure valve”. It is a hydraulic pilot control element used to achieve the constant pressure control function of the pump. It is the core component for maintaining system pressure stability and achieving energy - saving operation.

• Constant pressure control function: The DR valve automatically adjusts the pump's displacement (swashplate inclination) by sensing the pump's outlet pressure. When the system pressure is lower than the set value, the pump supplies oil at the maximum displacement; when the pressure reaches the set value, the spool moves to reduce the pump's displacement, only outputting the flow required to compensate for system leakage, thus achieving “Power matching”, avoiding overflow losses and significantly reducing system heat generation.
